Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Discury ("the Service"), operated by MirandaMedia Group, s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Discury is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available Reddit discussions to generate structured insights, including customer pain points, market trends, competitive intelligence, and product opportunities. The Service provides reports and analytics based on aggregated public data.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register for an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Use the Service for any form of harassment, doxxing, or targeting of individuals.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond what is provided through our official interface and API.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs without prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, misleading, or harmful.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The Service may offer free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as indicated at the time of purchase.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to active billing periods.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@discury.io for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, branding, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by MirandaMedia Group, s.r.o. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Reports and insights generated by the Service for your account are licensed to you for your internal business use.
  • You may not claim ownership of the Service's underlying technology or algorithms.
  • Reddit content referenced in reports remains subject to Reddit's own terms and the rights of original authors.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights, reports, or recommendations generated by the Service.
  • The Service analyzes publicly available data and provides AI-generated analysis. Outputs should be used as one input among many in your decision-making process.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on the Service's outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MirandaMedia Group, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@discury.io or through your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
